I am not able make local calls / international calls?
Kindly refer to the dialing instructions which you receive with your sim card packaging. Also, you can check the same in user guide on the website www.clayprepaid.com

Why is the sim, not working in my handset? Its says Calls Not Allowed?
Our simcards do not work with Blackberry or network locked handsets. These handsets are not compatible with our sim cards. Also, please check if the handset has the same band as required or kindly try manual selection.

As per the Department of Telecom norms, none of our services work in India. We offer only solution for International travelers & not local solutions.

Our postpaid services are Country Specific local sim cards for the destination you are traveling to & not an international roaming sim.

My Germany sim has got blocked?
This happens due to wrong insertion of pin for more than three times. You would need to insert PUK number (which is there at the sim plastic holder) twice & then insert the correct Pin number again & your sim would start working.
I have lost my sim card how can I deactivate the sim?
We request you to kindly share your Clay Mobile number with us. To deactivate the number we require an email or sms from you permitting us to block the number. We take 4-5 working hours after your email to process the deactivation. All the usage till deactivation of the sim would be your responsibility.

No, I donot remember the number that I took
Kindly send us an email mentioning the name of the user, in whose name the sim was issued. Kindly, mention that you have lost the sim, hence you want to block the same.

My sim card has been deactivated without any prior information. Why?

This happens only in two cases, firstly, when you have not recharged the sim for more than 3 months or secondly, when your validity is about to get over.
I have bought a Prepaid sim from you, but I am not able to login to my account?
Please make sure that you are entering your correct Username and password. If the same problem persists, then there are chances that your number has been deactivated due to low balance. If the problem still persists, please contact our customer care and share your Clay Mobile number with us. We assure to arrange a call back from the operations team with the details within an hour.
I have bought your dual profile Gobal Prepaid Sim but my number is not working in USA. Why?
It is mandatory to activate USA profile while in USA else your handset won’t catch any network. Once activated you can either use the USA or the Global Roaming Profile of your choice.
I am not able to recharge online?

I am carrying Dual Profile Global Prepaid Sim. Which profile should I use in Europe?
In Europe, you should always go with your default profile, which is the Global Roaming Profile. Please note: In Italy it is mandatory to use Prime Roaming Profile, else there would be no network coverage.
